Overview

Welcome to the SharePoint for the Enterprise space. The purpose of this space is to create community around application developers using SharePoint. At ThreeWill, we see SharePoint as powerful web application development platform that Enterprises can build on SharePoint or integrate SharePoint with existing applications.

Getting Started

To seed this community, we have migrated from our internal knowledge base 15+ wiki pages that help SharePoint Architects, Developers, Engineers, and Consultants build enterprise grade SharePoint Solutions (see First Available Wiki Pages). To give very basic structure to this wiki, we have created at the top level 6 main topics to organize areas of interest (see Topics section below). The intent is to put you in the right area of knowledge to find pages or create pages.

For general tips of using a Confluence Wiki, you can go Confluence's Getting Started with a Wiki for basic wiki use. Also, we have created a simple style guideline called Wiki Formatting Tips to provide guidance on formatting. In terms of general usage of this wiki and other wikis we will host in the future, we have also created a Usage Guide. This Usage Guide has the guiding principles for proper use of this wiki and future wiki spaces ThreeWill hosts.

Have you ever wished you could style checkboxes, drop down menus, radio buttons, and file upload inputs? Ever wished you could control the look and feel of your form elements between all browsers?

Ever get a XmlException that says:
"Hexadecimal value 0x[whatever] is an invalid character"
...when trying to load a XML document using one of the .NET XML API objects like XmlReader, XmlDocument, or XDocument? Was "0x" by chance one of these characters?
